LedgerDock is a web-based bookkeeping workflow platform that provides structured intake, staging, classification, review, evidence matching, finalization, and reporting for accounting firms, solo accountants, and business owners.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and MFA device. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use LedgerDock only for lawful bookkeeping and accounting purposes. You will not:
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into LedgerDock, including ledger entries, chart of accounts, commit history, documents, and any other content you create or upload. LedgerDock does not claim ownership of your data.
You grant LedgerDock a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the services you use.
LedgerDock aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee specific uptime percentages for the free tier. Paid plans may include SLA commitments as they are defined.
We will provide reasonable notice before planned maintenance. Unplanned outages will be communicated through status updates.
The free plan has no payment obligations. Paid plans will be billed monthly or annually, as selected at subscription time. Pricing details are available on the pricing page.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted (except audit logs retained for integrity purposes).
LedgerDock may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice when feasible.
LedgerDock is a bookkeeping workflow tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting judgment, tax advice, or legal counsel. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your financial records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerDock's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
